This RDS Encoder represent a full year job and it is FREE !
Why ? Simply because i think that the knowledge MUST BE FREE.

How long have you search in Google for a free RDS Encoder ?
How many (free) RDS encoder have you found ? (...)

'Waow! A powerful [*] for free ! I just have to download the files ! Where's download.html ?'

[*] : replace by whatever you want.

The World Wide Web is not YOURS. There are a lot of people working in background
to permit you to 'just download the files'. Some of them have spent many days
(and nights) for you.

So, i hope that you'll consider my job : you can just place a positive feedback
on my guestbook (http://www.myrds.fr.fm/guestbook.html) and/or send me a mail.
That's the only thing i ask ! 

But you are free to 'just download the files' while thinking that it will be free forever
